Cadys Falls is nestled in the Green Mountains of northwestern Vermont. The Cadys Falls development is on a peninsula jutting into Lake Lamoille, which is formed by the damming of the Lamoille River.

Except for house site clearings, the entire site is heavily wooded, with mature maples, white birch, hemlocks, pines, and a variety of other deciduous trees. Ferns predominate in the openings where there is sunlight to grow - truly a magical setting.
