Cadys Falls is nestled in the Green Mountains of northwestern Vermont. The Cadys Falls development is on a peninsula jutting into Lake Lamoille, which is formed by the damming of the Lamoille River.
The overall topography of the site provides an unusual level of privacy for residents. The 37 acre site has a flat buildable area of about 15 acres, approximately 90 feet above Lake Lamoille, surrounded by densely treed slopes that have selected openings to the best views. Scroll down this page to access separate pages for each lot, with relevant characteristics and details.
Except for house site clearings, the entire site is heavily wooded, with mature maples, white birch, hemlocks, pines, and a variety of other deciduous trees. Ferns predominate in the openings where there is sunlight to grow - truly a magical setting.
The developer seeks to establish and maintain a residential development of outstanding architectural character and to afford a maximum protection to homeowners, thereby enhancing the long-term value of the development.
Fly-over views of the site.
Flycasting authorities say that some of the best trout fishing in Vermont is just below the dam, next to the development site, and in the Lamoille River just above Lake Lamoille.
