Covenants

Protective covenants apply to all building and land use in the development, to ensure that the amenity and character of the community stays intact, and that new development preserves and enhances existing investment.

These covenants apply to buffer zones at the edges of lots, setbacks from the access road, and restrictions on cutting healthy trees above specified diameters.

They also control the number of dwellings that can be built, and require architectural approval of dwelling design.

See Design > Controls for key features. A copy of the covenants can be obtained from the managing real estate agent.
